Episode Title: “What Kate Does”
Description: Kate’s on the run while Jack must do something that could jeopardize the life of a friend. Aldo: Rob McElhenney. Ethan Goodspeed: William Mapother.
Characters to remember:
Dr. Ethan Rom was the son of Amy and Horace Goodspeed, and the surgeon of the Others. When Flight 815 crashed on the Island, he was sent by Ben to infiltrate the middle-section survivors. On the verge of being discovered, he kidnapped Claire and took her to a medical station. After she escaped, Ethan attempted to take her back but was captured himself. Shortly afterward, Charlie killed the captive Ethan by firing several gunshots into him.
Aldo was the Other who was in charge of guarding the area of the Hydra station where Karl was being kept prisoner. He was seen reading and writing notes in the book A Brief History of Time. The book was written by Steven Hawking in 1988.

After you see the final 10 minutes of [this] episode, it will become increasingly clear what the entire final season of Lost is leading up to.
A certain someone you thought was dead will be back, and how he or she returns and what it means for the future of the other Losties on the Island will have your brain spinning.
Someone else appears in Los Angeles that I did not know was returning at all, and it’s pretty stunning.
Nestor Carbonell (who plays Richard Alpert) tells me: “You’re going to get all your answers: Why doesn’t he age? Where’s he from? What his powers might be? Who he is? And there is one specific episode that deals with all of that. I was blown away by what they wrote.”
Claire and Sayid will have something in common.

Sawyer and Kate will share a beautiful and heart-wrenching scene at the end of a dock, and then another one inside of a house that might turn some Skaters into Sulieters. She sees how deep his feelings for Juliet really go, and they go very deep. (Hint: He has a ring.)
Jack tries to kill himself. (Sorta. And perhaps not intentionally.)
Rousseau and “the infection” come back into play.
The final 10 or so minutes of this week’s Lost are not to be missed.
Kate and Claire spend more time together and we see that Kate may be destined to be a part of Aaron’s life regardless of whether they crashed on the island, and someone else might have the same destiny.
Keep your eyes peeled for the surprise return of an old frenemy!
