Four of these items cost Island Cash (you can get all 4 items for around $20), which is mostly attained buy spending real money on the game, but can also be found by playing the game.

Photos of these items in actual gameplay:

The "Mysterious Hatch", "Supply Crate", and "Karma Crate"

The "6-Toed Statue" (it's 4-toed in LOST)

The "Smoke Fiend" fades from dark black to more transparent with lightning bolts and eyes.

Lost is making a small appearance in Facebook application giant, Zynga’s, newest game, Treasure Isle. A new free gift called the “Karma Crate” shows a striking resemblance to the Dharma logo from Lost! Whether this was an intentional nod to Lost from Zynga, I don’t know!
When you hover over the “Karma Crate”, it says “Everything a stranded survivor needs!”

Some images of the “Karma Crate” on player’s islands:

Treasure Isle is a browser-based video game by Zynga for Facebook launched in April 2010. It allows users to dig for treasure on various islands. Treasure Isle has many similarities to Zynga’s most popular game, FarmVille. Check it out on Facebook.
